Vikas Mishra is the India Business Director for Evergreen Innovation Platform (EIP). Evergreen Innovation Platform identifies, cultivates, and adapts climate-smart technologies based on smallholder farmers’ needs.
The Evergreen Innovation Platform (EIP) curates and leverages local and international partnerships to validate solutions, optimize business models, and scale innovations that enhance smallholder prosperity and climate resilience.
At EIP, Vikas works at the intersection of technology, market development, and partnerships. He supports ventures in refining business models, validating commercial traction, and unlocking growth opportunities.
His work focuses on enabling real-world adoption of solutions across the agricultural value chain (precision ag, biologicals, mechanization, post-harvest management) through on-ground deployment and distribution partnerships.
He also leads efforts to scout high-potential global innovations and support their entry into the Indian market, adapting them to local contexts and building pathways for scalable adoption. Vikas brings a systems perspective to innovation scaling, aligning startups, enterprises, and ecosystem actors to drive commercially viable and impact-oriented outcomes in agriculture.
