UrbanPiper people and culture internship, India
The Asia New Zealand Foundation Te Whītau Tūhono and UrbanPiper are pleased to announce the 2026 People and Culture Internship at UrbanPiper in Bengaluru, India. The internship focuses on the human resources business partner (HRBP) function, exploring the intersection between human resources and business strategy. It is primarily intended for MBA and postgraduate students in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fields. However, high-achieving third- and fourth-year undergraduate students with a strong academic record and a positive attitude will also be considered.
The internship is scheduled for three months commencing in November 2026, with specific the dates to be settled after the selection process.
The purpose of the Foundation's internship programme is to provide New Zealand tertiary students with an experience of working in a business environment in Asia to gain a better understanding of the people, place and culture of the host country.
