Teresa Lee 李慧



Teresa’s family are Hakka people who hail from Guangdong, China, and immigrated to Tāmaki Makaurau, Aotearoa, where Teresa was born and raised.

Passionate about global affairs, Teresa has volunteered as UN Youth’s National President, NZCTA Young Associates' HR Manager and an Auckland University negotiation competition coach.

Recently admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the NZ High Court, Teresa holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Commerce.

She works at YWCA Auckland, delivering Aotearoa’s only gender equality accreditation, GenderTick.

Teresa also loves the creative arts, performing for theatre, screen and voice in English, Māori, Mandarin and Cantonese; the languages she grew up around.
