Tabby is an international legal adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, with experience across foreign policy, access to justice, and international charitable organisations.
Having worked and studied across Asia, South America, and Europe, she brings a strong appreciation for cross-cultural connection and collaboration.
As a Middle Eastern Kiwi, Tabby is passionate about how legal and international institutions can better reflect the experiences and needs of minority communities.
She holds an LLB (Honours) and Global Studies degrees, and is a two-time Prime Minister’s Scholar, Kate Edgar Woman in Law Award recipient, and Red Cross Young Humanitarian Leader awardee.
She looks forward to learning from and contributing to the Asia New Zealand Foundation Leadership Network.
