Shereen Lee
Shereen (she/her) was born in Marēhia and raised in Tāmaki Makaurau. With a conjoint in law and global studies, she is interested in exploring the intersection between policy and sustainable economic development.
She is passionate about fostering community initiatives which nurture our connection with te taiao.
As part of Asian Legal Network, Shereen prepares submissions on proposed bills that impact Asian communities and is an advocate for stronger relationships between tauiwi and mana whenua.
Shereen was awarded the Prime Ministers Scholarship for Asia and the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship.
She is a commercial litigator with experience across contractual, public and consumer disputes.
