Shayne Walker

Shayne Walker is of Ngāti Kahungunu and is the kaihautū chief executive of Te Awahōhonu Forest Trust, which owns large beef and sheep farms and a commercial forest.
Shayne has had a diverse governance history and is currently a director on a number of Māori commercial boards across property, forestry, farming, horticulture, beverage and investments.
With a background in government, banking and Māori businesses, Shayne leads regional Māori meat and timber collectives who are actively seeking direct trade relations across Asia.
