Shaleah Lawrence is the founder and managing director of Earthwoven, a New Zealand skincare company focused on creating naturally derived skincare for sensitive skin.
Shaleah founded Earthwoven in Hawke’s Bay and has grown the business from an early-stage idea into a brand selling across New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Earthwoven’s products are dermatologist tested for sensitive skin, vegan and cruelty-free, and combine naturally derived ingredients with clinically tested actives.
She leads the company across product development, brand strategy, marketing, operations and international growth.
In 2022, she won the Innovate Hawke’s Bay competition with Earthwoven.
She is now focused on growing Earthwoven internationally and exploring opportunities in new markets, including how the brand and its approach to sensitive skincare can connect with consumers across Asia.
