Rachel Drew is a partner and head of asset management at Morrison, a New Zealand-based global infrastructure manager with approximately NZ$60 billion of assets under management. She is chair of Wellington International Airport and a director of Mint Renewables.
Rachel has previously served on the boards of companies across the diagnostic imaging, rolling stock, water, and natural gas distribution sectors in New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
At Morrison, she works closely with investment teams, boards, and management teams across the firm's portfolio, leading director appointment processes, supporting governance practices, and driving value creation.
She also chairs Morrison's Asset Management Committee, which reviews portfolio company strategy, performance, and key initiatives on a quarterly basis.
