Quyen Nguyen is director of CEL, a supply chain consulting firm working across Asia to design and optimise resilient, data-driven, and sustainable supply chains in complex emerging markets.
Quyen's work focuses on how global supply chains actually operate on the ground in Southeast Asia, where fragmentation, informality, and rapid growth collide.
She is the founder of LoopNet.Asia, a data platform mapping circular material flows in Vietnam, enabling businesses to access, verify, and scale recycled feedstocks in one of the world’s fastest-growing manufacturing hubs.
With over 15 years of experience, Quyen has advised multinationals and local ecosystems on navigating supply chain risk, industrial transformation, and circular economy transitions. She also co-leads the Center for Smart Manufacturing & Supply Chains at C4IR Vietnam, part of the World Economic Forum’s global network.
Quyen brings a practitioner’s perspective on building supply chains that are not only efficient, but adaptable to disruption and grounded in regional realities.
