Pulkit Mittal is a strategy and agritech leader at Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited (TAFE), where he leads new venture creation focused on mechanisation-led services, digital agriculture, and scalable farm innovation.
With over a decade of experience across the agri-inputs, outputs, and mechanisation value chain, he brings a strong systems view of agriculture, combining strategy, technology, and execution.
Pulkit has worked extensively on building farmer-centric platforms, AI-led advisory, and mechanisation services tailored for emerging markets. He is particularly interested in adapting global best practices—such as New Zealand’s strengths in precision farming, pasture management, and sustainability—into scalable models for India.
Through the NZIEI programme, he aims to explore partnerships that bridge New Zealand’s innovation with India’s scale, driving productivity, sustainability, and farmer income enhancement.
