Pascarn (Tangata Tiriti) is a social impact measurement expert, researcher, and commentator specialising in wellbeing, data ethics, and good research engagement practice.
At Huber Social, he provides expert advice to and leads projects with varied public, private, and community sector organisations throughout Aotearoa, Australia, and Asia to robustly measure their impact in wellbeing terms.
Pascarn also advises the Huber Social Independent Research Ethics Committee on international research ethics, sits on the Aotearoa-based Independent Human Research Ethics Committee, and contributes to external research through Te Pūnaha Matatini and as an Adjunct at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington.
