Our poster of India highlights key cities and places of interest as well as providing useful information for New Zealand teachers and their students.
The poster identifies key cities and shows borders between different states and other points of interest such as the Taj Mahal, Ellora Caves and the River Ganges.
Information is provided on the national flag of India, greetings, language, population, cricket and cuisine.
This poster can be used as an infographic to introduce basic information about India to your class, as a lead in to a research project, or as a scavenger hunt activity.
Students could also create their own activities to accompany the poster such as quizzes, true and false questions and presentations.
