Year 10 Food Technology unit explores the importance of rice as a staple food in Asian Cultures. Students will investigate the impact of rice on the cultures of Japan and India.
This 5-week unit also explores the impact of technology on rice production. A range of assessment activities are included such as self-assessment, formative feedback opportunities as well as summative assessment.
