Stanley is a proud and devoted father, a businessman and a committed humanitarian. Since the age of 35, he has placed an equal emphasis on business and volunteering, and is a firm believer in building a strong civil society, promoting strategic philanthropy and supporting platforms of advocacy.
Stanley currently serves as Principal of Rumah Group, Founder of South Central Community Family Service Centre, Founder of =DREAMS Asia, Chairman of =DREAMS Singapore, Board Member of Teach For All Inc, Chair of the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, Board Member of the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue, and a member of the Honorary Advisors to the Asia New Zealand Foundation.
Over the years, Stanley has co-founded the Asia Philanthropy Circle and Asia Community Foundation, and played a pivotal role in launching the Community Foundation of Singapore through his chairmanship of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre.
He is also the founder of MILK (Mainly I Love Kids) Fund and The Hope Fund, reflecting his deep commitment to the welfare of disadvantaged children, youth, and families. His contributions have been recognised with an Honorary Officer to the New Zealand Order of Merit (2002) and the Singapore National Day Award (2011).
