Melitta Adam is the founder and managing director of MELITTA SKIN, a New Zealand skincare company built around a protection-first approach to beauty.
Drawing on her background in beauty and regulatory affairs, Melitta founded the brand to create high-performance sun protection designed to work seamlessly within an everyday beauty routine.
MELITTA SKIN’s hero product, GLOWGUARD SPF50, was developed and manufactured in South Korea and has since gained recognition within New Zealand’s beauty industry, including being a finalist in 2025 and 2026 in the Viva Beauty Awards.
The brand is stocked across leading skin clinics, wellness destinations and select retailers throughout New Zealand.
With strong ties to Asia personally and through the development of MELITTA SKIN, Melitta is focused on building the brand internationally and strengthening connections between New Zealand beauty innovation and Asian markets.
