Sean Prenter

Sean is co-president for the National Disabled Students’ Association and in 2022 was co-president of the Otago Disabled Students’ Association. While studying a Masters of Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Sean has taught meditation and English to students in Cambodia, Loas, Thailand and Miramar.

Sean has presented research on cripping sustainability at tertiary institutes to the Global Disability Summit and Australasian Campuses Towards Sustainability Conference and conducts research into accessible urban form.

Along a similar vein, Sean represented New Zealand in the CAMP2030 New York innovation lab. Across these channels Sean engages his pūmanawa of ensuring disabled peoples access, inclusion and dignity.
