Sean Prenter

Sean Prenter is the award-winning Director of Access All Areas (AAA), a disabled-led social enterprise empowering disabled young people to become confident leaders in their communities.

Founded from lived experience, AAA's flagship programme, the Access Lab, brings disabled young people together to turn the lived experiences of disabled young people into practical solutions for more accessible services, workplaces, and communities. Through these partnerships, disabled young people are recognised not simply as recipients of support, but as experts, innovators, and changemakers whose insights help create better outcomes for everyone.

Sean is a Prime Minister Scholar with a background in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (MA), alongside personal and professional experience in the disability sector.  He has represented New Zealand at international disability and leadership forums such as the UN and APEC and serves in governance roles across the disability sector.

Sean is committed to ensuring disabled people experience genuine access, inclusion, and dignity, and that disabled young people are empowered to lead conversations and decisions that affect their lives and futures.
