Hillary is the driving force behind her family business Zelati and leads her young team with passion. She oversees all parts of the business from product creation to retail.

As an advocate of Asian-inspired, plant-based cuisine, Hillary utilises her platform for transformative culinary experiences.

Prior to this, Hillary has held roles in the food industry, working in research, technical advisory and product/packaging development. Beyond business, her passion lies in nurturing young talents and fostering a positive work environment.

Her journey combines a fusion of tradition and innovation with roots in the Philippines and a Kiwi upbringing. Joining the Leadership Network, Hillary looks to amplify her impact, creating lasting connections and sharing her culinary heritage.
