Matilda is the Founder, CEO and strategic operator with over a decade of experience building and transforming organizations across Southeast Asia.
She founded and scaled Nexmedis, an AI-powered health tech company redefining clinical decision-making and hospital operations from the ground up, expanding nationwide, securing institutional backing, and achieving key regulatory milestones that position its hospital information system and AI solutions as a trusted part of clinical care.
Prior to Nexmedis, Matilda was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and PwC Consulting, advising public and private sector leaders on large-scale transformation, strategic initiatives, and financial restructuring. She holds an MBA from Michigan Ross with a full-ride scholarship from the Indonesian government.
