Lushomo Thebe

Lushomo is a barrister and solicitor of the High Court. She has distinguished herself in boardrooms as a company director, trustee, and board chair, overcoming age barriers and making a significant impact.

A former PwC scholar, Lushomo holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Finance).

She was twice elected Student Union President and also served as a Council member at the University of Waikato.

Lushomo is a Y25 alumna, recognised in 2022 as one of 25 women under 25 who are impactful change-makers in Aotearoa New Zealand.  She is a sought-after speaker, mentor, and advocate for women’s and migrant rights.
