Joyce Wong
Joyce Wong is the founder of One7 Pictures, a production company dedicated to inclusive, pan-Asian storytelling.
Beginning her career in business and tech start-ups at 19, Joyce transitioned into film in 2021 and quickly established herself in New Zealand’s creative industry.
She has worked on major productions including Avatar: The Way of Water and Marvel titles before producing original works such as Blue Lights, Happiness is the Path, and the TVNZ comedy series Camp Be Better, which was featured at MIPCOM.
A 2025 Vincent Burke Scholar and 2024 SPADA Emerging Producer Award Runner-Up, Joyce blends creative vision with entrepreneurial drive.
