Johannah Kātene-Burge
Johannah (Ngāti Toa, Ngāti Tama, Ngāti Koata) is a product of her communities.
Johannah has been taught in tribal governance, contributing to legacy which advance Māori interest in economic prosperity via Asia-Pacific-Indo indigenous kinship, youth advocacy for indigenous intergenerational wellbeing, and revitalisation of language by sustaining indigenous identity from the past into the future.
Johannah holds a Post Graduate Honors degree in Management as a scholar of The Ngarimu VC and 28th Māori Battalion Memorial Trust and The Centre of Asia-Pacific Excellence amongst other renowned bodies of which Johannah is accountable to enhance the mana, wellbeing and prosperity of her respective societies within domestic and international regions, into a just future for indigenous peoples.
