Delegate
Franky has been on the board of Kāhui Tū Kaha since 2018 and chairs the finance committee. This organisation is a not-for-profit housing and mental health service provider, a Ngāti Whātua organisation distinguished by its diversity.
Franky was previously on the board of New Zealand Asian Leaders, to boost the overall contribution of Asian leaders to New Zealand.
He currently serves on the New Zealand Institute of Directors (IoD) Auckland branch committee and was a mentee of the IoD Mentoring for Diversity programme in 2019. In 2024, Franky became a chartered member of the IoD.
Franky is currently the head of Asia business activation at the Bank of New Zealand. In this role, he is responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of the BNZ Asia Strategy, which aims to position the BNZ as the bank of choice for the Asian community in New Zealand.
This national role with enterprises-wide responsibilities holds him responsible and accountable for delivering the strategy across the Asia-Pacific region.
