Erin Roxburgh

Erin Roxburgh (Ngati Porou) is a lecturer in sport management at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University. Erin is also the Deputy-Chair of Women in Sport Aotearoa, Director on the Wellington Rugby Football Union Board and Former Sport NZ Future Director.
She has represented Aotearoa internationally as a speaker at the APEC Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy (PPWE) in Peru and participated as a delegate to the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, contributing to global conversations on gender equity and leadership.
Erin’s work sits at the intersection of sport, governance and social impact. Dedicating her life to creating more inclusive systems for all women and girls.
