Educators Network events

We offer free events to help school leaders and teachers to better equip students for their future with Asia. We also offer funding for holding Asia-focussed events at your school.

Experience Asia

New Zealand schools have the opportunity to receive funding for holding an event that enables their students to experience Asian cultural activities and/or increases their students’ knowledge and understanding of Asia.

Educators Network Meetings

These meetings will be advertised through our Education Newsletter. They are an opportunity to network with like-minded educators, find out about upcoming trip opportunities and access the latest resources. For more information, contact the education team.

To find out more, contact Sean O'Connor.

Asia New Zealand Foundation staff are available to present at your school to a range of audiences including students, staff, Board of Trustees or at community events. We also present at teacher and principal association events, regional meetings and conferences.

For more information, email Sean O'Connor.

Workshops for School Leaders

These workshops assist school leaders to review their school and to develop a plan to equip their students to thrive with Asia.

The workshops are based on our School Leaders Guide and enable principals and key staff to be updated on the latest resources and support that the Educators Network has to offer.

Upcoming workshops are advertised through our newsletter.
