During its history, the Asia New Zealand Foundation has supported thousands of New Zealanders to travel to Asia for education, work, learning and cultural experiences. These include young New Zealanders who have gone on to live and work in Asia – returning with skills that have helped New Zealand build richer connections with the Asia region.
The Foundation has also brought Asia into the lives of hundreds of thousands of New Zealanders through public events, school initiatives and leadership programmes.
By providing these opportunities, the Foundation is equipping New Zealanders to thrive in Asia and strengthen our country’s relations with the region and its peoples.
