Vietnamese textile manufacturer picks up tips during NZ visit
Vietnam is a global giant in the textiles and garment industry but industry leader Nguyen Thanh Vinh still found plenty of scope to learn from New Zealand during a recent visit.
Last month, Vinh spent 10 days meeting wool industry leaders, clothing importers and textile scientists as part of the ASEAN Young Business Leaders Initiative.
He sees opportunities for further cooperation between the industries in Vietnam and New Zealand, particularly harnessing New Zealand’s innovation.
