Interactive PDF application form

In order to make the application process easier for you, we have introduced a new interactive PDF application form.

  • The advantage of this form is that  you can fill it in electronically (on your computer), save the form to your computer, and then print a copy to post to us.

  • Type into each field of the form, then use the Tab key to move to the next field.

  • Important: When you fill in the form electronically, do not type any further if you see a vertical scroller or a + sign – any text going below the visible borders of a box will not show when the form is printed.

  • Once you have finished typing, go to File, choose Save As and save the form on your computer. You can save each form under a unique name and reuse information already entered.

  • To use this interactive form and to be able to save changes, you need the latest version of Adobe Reader:

Download free software Adobe Reader
