Asia:NZ Singapore Scholarships
The Singapore Scholarship Programme is a unique opportunity for New Zealand students to further their studies in a world-class university, the National University of Singapore, all expenses paid.

Asian Awareness
Asian awareness initiatives offers grants to New Zealand bodies organising events at the regional or national level to support the promotion of Asian awareness and/or studies for primary and/or secondary students.

New Zealand Japan Young People's Exchange Programme (NZJYPEP)
The programme provides individual grants to able young students of Japanese who are unable to meet the total costs of a study visit to Japan.

New Zealand Japanese Language Teacher's Programme (NZJLTP)
The New Zealand Japanese language teacher's programme provides an in-country language and cultural immersion experience for New Zealand teachers of Japanese language.

School Study Exchange Programme (SSEP)
The School Study Exchange Programme (SSEP) provide grants to New Zealand schools organising study visits to Asia.

Teacher Study Programmes in Asia
The Teacher Study Programmes provide grants to New Zealand based educators to gain a better awareness and understanding of Asia and to use this knowledge to better promote studies of Asia in New Zealand primary and secondary schools.

Tertiary level grants, awards and scholarships

China Scholarships
The Confucius Institute in cooperation with China's Ministry of Education, offers up to ten scholarships for advanced Chinese language study in China each year. 

David Holborow Memorial Scholarships
Scholarships for New Zealand students of Korean descent pursuing undergraduate studies, and for New Zealand students who are descendants of Korean War veterans.

Post-graduate Research Scholarships
Scholarships to support thesis-related research projects in Asia by post-graduate students enrolled in New Zealand tertiary institutions.
