About the internship

The internship programme attracts interns from top universities from around the world and is designed to give you an experience of working in a software programme or systems development environment in South Asia.

While engaged in the programme, participants will be connected with public and private sector key contacts of the Foundation in India and other parts of Asia. Upon their return to New Zealand, interns will be encouraged to participate in the Foundation’s Asia-focused professional development opportunities.

This 12-week internship is a new addition to the Foundation’s line up of internship and will take place between July 2017 and June 2018. The timing can be worked out between the host and the successful applicants. This opportunity is open to one or two interns.

The intern will need to contribute around NZ$500 of their own funds to cover expenses.
