The Action Asia Advisory Group

The Action Asia Advisory Group (AAAG) is the Foundation’s principal response to the call at the 2007 Action Asia Business Summit for leadership in advancing a business-driven agenda in New Zealand’s engagement with Asia. The Advisory Group provides the focal point for business leaders in developing greater business involvement with Asia.

Chaired by Hon Philip Burdon, the members are:

  • Tim Gibson – NZTE and Asia:NZ Trustee

  • Graham Harrison - ANZCO Foods Ltd

  • Don Nicolson – Federated Farmers

  • Phil O'Reilly – Business New Zealand

  • Mitchell Pham - Augen Software Group (NZ)

  • Alasdair Thompson - EMA

  • Stephen Tindall – Tindall Foundation

  • Peter Townsend - Canterbury Employers' Chamber of Commerce

  • Ken Stevens – Glidepath Group and Asia:NZ Trustee
