Arvin is CEO of 2Spicy Entertainment, an experience management company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur.
2Spicy runs some of the top dining and tourism attractions in Malaysia, such as Dinner in the Sky, Plane in the City, Le Petit Chef and Whimsy Dining.
In October 2019, Arvin visited Auckland, Rotorua and Christchurch alongside seven other leading Southeast Asian tourism entrepreneurs.
As well as visiting tourism operators in the three cities they visited, the group attended a networking evening, where three of them spoke, at Te Puia Māori cultural centre in Rotorua and attended the New Zealand Tourism Awards in Christchurch.
“During my recent trip to New Zealand, I saw the concept of sustainable tourism being brought to life," he says.
"From the preservation of the beautiful Maori culture, to the great environmental policies. I can’t wait to put into practice what I have learnt.”
