Below you will find a variety of research reports on social and demographic aspects of New Zealand's engagement with Asia.

Outlook series

Our flagship research series began in March 2005

An annual survey tracking New Zealanders' attitudes towards Asia and Asia-related issues

The impact of the Beijing Olympics on New Zealanders' perceptions of Asia

A report co-funded by Colmar Brunton and Asia:NZ measured perceptions before and after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.

Sister Cities

In 2007, following the initial 2004 SCNZ Grassroots Survey, and with a view to making that survey periodical, Sister Cities New Zealand again received Asia:NZ support to conduct another Grassroots Survey of membership, sent to all New Zealand local councils.

Engaging Asian Communities in New Zealand
