Trade avenues and a NZ Inc approach discussed by business leaders at Auckland forum

The second roundtable coincided with further rounds of the Korea-New Zealand FTA negotiations in Seoul in early July 2010.

Wellington Mayor Kerry Prendergast has led the largest trade and cultural delegation to China this year. About 70 New Zealanders, including 40 business people, visited Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Xiamen from 6-13 June 2010.

Ruth Le Pla reports back from a seminar on doing business in ASEAN countries, held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Auckland on 15 April 2010. "The door to free trade with ASEAN countries is open. It’s now up to business to walk through it," she explains.
