Information on the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement finalised in 2009. Indonesia is one of three ASEAN countries yet to ratify the Agreement so this website is helpful for progress updates.

The Indonesian Trade Promotion Centre is a subordinate agency to the National Agency for Export Development. The website of its Los Angeles office (the agency's only site) offers links to the Indonesia Investment Co-ordinating Board and government ministries.

The board is a non-departmental government agency that reports directly to Indonesia's president. Its website offers help for potential investors in Indonesia in the form of information on procedures, taxation, costs of doing business, investment opportunities, export-processing zones, potential business partners and directories of business associations and joint chambers of commerce. There is also a FAQs section addressing common questions on tax, foreign business ownership and more.

The Ministry's site includes directories of companies (also classified as exporters and importers), searchable by product/service. There are also contact details for the ministry's regional offices, and press releases and media clippings related to Indonesian industry.

The department's site offers a range of economic and business indicators, alongside other facts and figures.

Industry Associations and Networking Organisations

The chamber's site includes statistical information on various Indonesian business sectors, a brief explanation of procedures for inward investment and a small FAQs section for potential inward investors.

ASEAN New Zealand combined Business Council aims to promote trade and business links between the ASEAN nations and New Zealand, and which offers members resources, influence, expertise and opportunities in the region.

The New Zealand database was created by the University of Auckland Library in conjunction with the New Zealand Asia Institute. It a freely available resource for researchers focusing on business information and engagement between New Zealand and Asia.
