asia aware principals' forums

Principals play a key role in preparing young New Zealanders for the future. There is no doubt that New Zealand’s future will be increasingly influenced by our Asian neighbours and the Asia Knowledge Working Group identified principals as key change makers for a successful future.

Asia:NZ has recently run a series of three pilot Asia Aware Principals’ Forums to give principals the latest Asia-related information and resources for their region, and the chance to talk together about easy ways to bring an Asian dimension to their students' learning experience.

For more information, contact Janine Chin, schools coordinator, by email or on (04) 471 2320.

A specially commissioned research report on the current Asia engagement in each area, and future trends, has been released to support each Forum.
