Born in Beijing she is a successful journalist & broadcaster - The Good Women of China was her first book which told stories of women in rural China in the 20th century. She moved to London in 1977. If you missed her in 2008, at the ChCh Writers' Festival, another chance to hear this amazing woman. Not to be missed.
